There's no stopping them. Once the sun got into it's stride, the courgettes just can't stop growing. Needless to say with an average of 12* new, 30cm long courgettes every 4 days, there has been a need for creativity in the kitchen.



Last week our dinner menu went a little something like this:

Sunday: Boiled courgettes with olive oil
Monday: Baked courgettes stuffed with minced meat
Tuesday: Spaghetti with garlic and courgettes
Wednesday: Courgette omlettes

Was just having a quick look at my blog and followed a link through to Drawn! to see what they've added recently. I saw the post about Sue Rubira and decided to have a quick look at her site. Her portraits are quite cool and worth a look.
